hoc networks that are used to provide a wireless communication infrastructure among the sensors deployed in a specific application domain. The mobile sink does not have a wide range as a base station but has a rechargeable battery and so it can act as a collector for getting data from sensor nodes and transmitting it to base station via cellular network. However, when sensor networks with mobile sinks are deployed in a hostile environment, security becomes an important issue. Thus security schemes like mobile sink's authentication and pairwise key establishment are needed for secure functioning of such networks. There are some key predistribution schemes to improve the authentication. But in these schemes, an attacker can easily gain control on the entire network by deploying a replicated mobile sink. To overcome this problem we proposed a general three-tier security framework for authentication and pair wise key establishment between mobile sinks and sensor nodes. We propose a new fourteen square algorithm to encrypt the data using which it becomes very difficult for the intruder suspects to steal the data.
