Smartphones are widely used as of late with various mobile devices providing services. However, the cost and time required to develop a mobile platform makes it more difficult to cope with the demands of quick repair and maintenance. For this reason, HTML5, which is the next generation web standard, was applied to the browsing system of each mobile platform. This is a development technique that uses cross-platform. The current study aims to propose evaluation indexes by which developers can quickly and accurately select the most suitable framework. We derived 9 evaluation indexes from the 'Mobile Software Quality Evaluation Model', 'Open Source Software Evaluation Model', and 'Mobile Web-application Evaluation Standard', which were developed based on the existing ISO/IEC 25000. This study expects that it can reduce the effort required in selecting a framework, thereby increasing productivity.
