Cloud computing will provide enterprise innovative management mode and runtime environment, and it will provide a good integrated environment for supply chain flexibility, loose coupling, seamless integration and building. According to the characteristics of supply chain management, to build a reference architecture of supply chain based on Cloud computing(CSCRA). The architecture provides the building of supply chain a high level information infrastructure protection, which can help building supply chain quickly, flexibly and on demand. And by Time Petri net modeling, justify the function that this model can increase the efficiency of the supply chain.
