Diameter Bounds for Graph Extensions

This paper presents a technique by means of which, for many finite graphs Γ0 of diameter 2, a bound on the diameter of any graph which is locally Γ0 can be established. The class of suitable graphs Γ0 includes many strongly regular graphs.
