The goal of this paper is to show the results of optimized model-based tool integration using emerging and promising technologies, concepts, and methodologies. Supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques are sued to achieve optimized results over time. Model-based tool integration represents a system where tools are integrated based on the basis of syntax and semantics based metamodels. It defines a system that enables modelbased tool integration based on semantic technologies. The system provides underlying infrastructure for transparent transformation of models between different Model Based Development Tools through metamodels.
