Tactical Air Control System experiments in command and control automation
Harry D. Fischer · 1983
This paper describes an example of an Air Force application involving planning, directing, and coordinating activities, which has not yet been successfully automated. Experiments in providing decision aids automation are described, including one involving the use of a large-scale commercial DBMS applications generator, and another involving a fifthgeneration computer approach (using the Prolog Artificial Intelligence computer language).
