This paper proposes an application of Evolutionary Programming(EP) to Reactive Power Planning (RPP) problem using StaticVAR Compensator (SVC), Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor(TCSC) and Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) consideringvoltage stability.
