The ATC equipment of high speed railway continuously or discontinuously transmits the speed and information related to train operation to the on-board equipment by using rail or loop coil. The on-board measurement system has a function to detect continuous and intermittent information from trackside to train, and it provides the detected information(level and message) to the operator. The level and message of continuous and intermittent information are displayed on the monitor in real-time, and the on-board measurement system sends the alarms to the Automation Diagnosis System, if there is an abnormal information. It is necessary for the developed measurement system to prove the function and performance through the filed testing in the commercial high speed line, and to validate conformance of measuring specification. In this study, we propose the results of field testing of ATC continuous and intermittent measurement equipment.
