Receipt algorithm of probable fragments of modular cells from simplex and some other cellular complexes of the 4D space with quantity no more than sixteen cells, the description of neighbouring order atoms in crystals and possible hyper co-ordination carbon atoms in some organic compounds classes were discussed.
