Who is capable of tracking your location? How would they do it? Historically, governments, multinational corporations, and potentially terrorist organizations have the funding to track individuals of interest. But with the advent of new wireless technologies such as 802.11 and Bluetooth, small companies or even individuals can use commodity equipment and small amounts of software to perform undetectable, semi-reliable location based tracking.
