Cloud Computing is considered as a new delivering way for the IT services. It has its supply chain to deliver resources to customers. The paper analyses three resources delivering processes for the Cloud Computing services and how they ensure their quality of services. The direct delivering process is the provider to the end customers. The privider is always a big enterprises. It builds the centralized data centre to offer resources to customers. It signs service level agreements to ensure customers' quality of services. The other two are indirect delivering processes among customers or among providers, such as a customer offers resources to the other customers, or the enterprise first buys the resources from other enterprises and then offers to its objective users.
