Celtx is an open source, free software system for screenwriting and all aspects of pre-production for video and media projects. As well as making the precise formatting of a screenplay extremely easy, Celtx goes much further to become a complete production planning system including script breakdown, character mapping, scene management, shooting calendars, props, locations, cast listings and everything else you could possibly think of to plan and structure your video project.
