Utilizing the intelligent system in commerce is indispensable for establishing a better connection with customers in businesses. Use of fuzzy expert system that initiates some special activity could be noteworthy as a suitable solution in customer servicing.Nevert heless, fuzzy set theory presents a new approach for modeling in uncertainty situation in order toremove the vagueness of retrieval of mathematical calculation, system design, and applied intelligence in this research.
