In this paper, we designed for advance RFID / USN system. The propose system is RFID technology combined with Motion sensor for detection of motion. First benefit is that reduce consumption power and Electromagnetic Radiation. This system is based on RFID Reader, and then add motion detector and Bluetooth network. It is necessary that system run in accordance with control flow. When motion detector detect to move object, it occasion RFID reader to recognize RFID Tags. This system run in accordance with control flow that reduced Electromagnetic Radiation and Power consumption. Second benefit is that use Bluetooth Ad-Hoc network. This system has interface for Host computer interface using Bluetooth module. There are available for the interface between RFID reader to Host computer. It had been long distance to communication between RFID reader and Host computer.
