Overview of the ImageCLEF 2015 liver CT annotation task

The second Liver CT (Computed tomography) annotation challenge was organized during the 2015 Image-CLEF workshop, hosted by the Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse (IRIT), Uni- versity of Toulouse, France. This challenge entailed the annotation of Liver CT scans to generate structured reports. This paper describes the motivations for this task, training and test datasets, the evaluation meth- ods, and discusses the approaches of the participating groups.
