These are Eurostat official data, downloaded through the Bulk Download option on 2016-01-11. I re-publish the data here for reproducibility of the analyses based on these data. This data set contains1-year population structures of all European NUTS-2 regions and countries for the projected period 2013-2080. The base year for the projection is 2013. The data are also disaggregated by sex: female, male, and total.
