Stability and Bifurcation in a Neural Network Model with Two Delays

This paper is concerned with a two-neurons network model with two discrete delays. By regarding the sum of two discrete time delay as the bifurcation parameter, the stability of the equilibrium and Hopf bifur-cations are investigated. Finally, to verify our theoretical predictions, some numerical simulations are also included.
