A Security Improvement of PBOC2.0 Using Fuzzy Vault Algorithm Based on Face

Conforming to financial integrated circuit card specifications (PBOC2.0) of the People's Bank of China, we find it has some security flaws which are easy to lose and reveal key. Biometric encryption is becoming a hot research recently. Fuzzy vault schemes have been popularized approaches to biometric cryptosystem scheme. In this paper we propose a method of card personalization and cardholder verification by fuzzy vault algorithm. The proposed algorithm aims to create a fuzzy vault to generate security and stable secret key. It also can be used for payment in online transactions environment, formed revoked key and anti-attack security framework.
