Common Lisp Analytical Statistics Package CLASP

This document provides the user manual for clasp, an analytical tool developed to support research evaluation. clasp is implemented in Common Lisp and runs on Texas Instruments ExplorersOr and MicroExplorersOr . Through statistics we attempt to separate those events which are simply due to chance from those which are a result of, or are related to, other events in our world. Through careful analysis it is possible to understand a great deal about the state of the world. clasp provides the tools necessary for these tasks. Along with describing the operation of clasp this manual also details its programming interface, as an aid for building extensions.
