The modifications of the IBM 7070 Series Compiler System to compile FORTRAN programs to be run in the additional storage made are described. Maintenance of the system, changes for machines of other sizes, and modifications to the FORTRAN LOADER, PACKAGE, and LIBRARY are also considered. (D.C.W.)
