Design and development of an integrated usability testing/evaluation environment

This study reports on the design & development of an integrated usability testing/evaluation environment built using Power Builder 6.0. The system was developed to provide an integrated environment to construct a set of usability testing tasks and its related evaluation questionnaire so that evaluators are able to "run" through these tasks and provide answers to the evaluation questions on a side-by-side basis.
