The Internet: A Speech Utopian Fragments (In French)

This paper shows that in its early stages, the Internet developed thanks to the horizontal scientific communication of RFC's, the notion of free access to information and the gift economy of cgi.bin. It then goes on to point out the links of these approaches with utopia, using Paul Ricoeur's analysis of Utopian principles.
