Model Research on Highway Communication Service Flow

Communication System, which is considered as the neural network of the highway's information zed construction, has supplied the technological framework to realize the requirement of highway's development like high speed, integration, and networking. This thesis penetratingly researches on the Construction and Maintenance Service of the Highway Communication System between Tieling and Chaoyang in Liaoning Province implemented by China Railway Electrification Bureau? and refers to ITIL framework to generalize a series of organization systems and flows based on communication technology and service management. The author explores and analyzes the combination of ITIL and practice and the resulting problems, which would provide an excellent reference and a mirror for these service oriented communication technology companies and enterprises.
