Value Appraisal System of Small Towns’ Construction Land Based on Multiple Principles Fusion

In China, it is still a major issue lying in front of people that the urban-rural dual structure adjustment. The further development of rural urbanization has become an irreversible process. To solve this problem, this paper studies deeply on the assessment system of Chinese small towns construction land value, generates multiple principles fusion algorithm by combining time series prediction method and regression analysis prediction method, reduces the error by time series prediction method, strengthens the stability of the algorithm utilizing regression analysis prediction method, thus forming a prediction detection method of multiple principles, and assessing Chinese small towns construction land value. Simulation results show that the error is very small when comparing the predicted value with the true value utilizing the prediction method by multiple principles fusion proposed in this paper, and its stability is very good.
