MODELING OF RAIN RATE IN SURABAYA USING FUZZY AUTOREGRESSIVE (FUZZY AR)

Rain rate is one of the causes of the happening of attenuation to radio wave at a very high frequency especially wireless communication system at millimeter-wave. This paper submits to fmd the fuzzy auto-regressive (fuzzy AR) model of rain rate in Surabaya. Method applied in this research is firstly performing measurement of rain rate, second getting variable fuzzy from every event rain rate result of measurement, third compiles variable fuzzy based on time the happening of rain to get time series fuzzy, fourth models it as process fuzzy AR, fifth estimates the model parameter matrix, last does prediction of rain rate. Result of variable fuzzy result of prediction comes near variable fuzzy measurement result that is actually.
