Research on Construction Strategy of the Fourth Party Logistics Information Platform-Taking HAIXI for Instance

With the development of modern logistics, fourth party logistics, as its excellent supply chain management and resource integration capacity, attracts more and more attention. The fourth party logistics turns into one of the most powerful methods of solving logistics resource allocation in the modern society. Taking HAIXI for instance, the strategies of constructing the fourth party logistics is studied in the paper. The study figures that the fourth party logistics not only providing large-scale group company logistics integration platform(equivalent to the function of B2B), but also affords the truck driver and shipper party a public platform(equivalent to the B2C function).
