Software architecture play an important role in improving the quality of software products. A software architecture model is used for defining software architecture. In this paper, a multi-level software architecture model of SOA is designed. Firstly, four important properties of SOA are discussed. Secondly, based on Hoare logic and Workflow-net, the formal definitions of services in each layer are proposed. Finally, three rules to model sub-composite service and three rules to formalized relationships between sub-composite services are also proposed. Through modeling SOA, the basis to design, analyze, measure and evolve software systems base on service is established.
