Forest Graphs of Graphs

Introduced in this paper is the forest graph of a connected graph which is a generalization of the tree graph. The subgraphs of a forest graph, such as adjacent forest graphs and leaf exchange forest graphs, are studied. Especially, the adjacent tree graph and line graph are both included as special cases of our generalization. Moreover, their properties are investigated and some problems for further study are presented.
