Snow Canyon Resort: Paradise Ski Lift

This case is about managing capacity at a ski resort. Students are asked to construct a process map of the activities that will convey their views of the ski operations and the issues of the case. As various alternatives for improving ski operations are presented, students can quantify relationships and parameters and then build a simulation model.
