A strategy based on Kerr nonlinearity is devised that allows one to perform many of the operations of a quantum-information processor at cryogenic temperatures, solving inefficiencies in the two-way communication between quantum and classical hardware. The approach is a promising route for processing information beyond the few-qubit regime on superconducting platforms.
