Updating Remote Cached Data
Alex Homer, David Sussman · Apress eBooks · 2004
The plot so far : You’ve looked in depth at how you can extract data in various formats, irrespective of the way the data is actually stored—be it in a relational database, an XML document, or almost any other type of persisted data. You also built applications that extract and display data in various types of clients, including both down-level clients and a range of rich clients. Then, in the previous chapter, you saw some of the issues involved in updating the original data and how you can do this with a couple of different types of down-level client. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
