Analysing the data delivery focused on TNSInfo in order to satisfy clients needs

After agreement with representative from Delivery Services and TNSInfo team I am going to focused at my thesis on analysing delivery data through TNSInfo, which main subject is satisfactying customers of this portal. At my research was used SWOT analysis focused on TNSInfo and also questionnaire, which was available on the main portal of TNSInfo and it was used to find out satisfactory and usage of TNSInfo by clients.
