Computer conferencing systems provide a novel and economical way to exchange ideas and maintain fruitful collaboration across wide distances. There is considerable potential value in using conferencing system in research, education, case discussion and administration. The early experience is encouraging. We discuss a number of ways in which CoSy is being used in Health Sciences.
