Reconstruction of a Rank 3 Oriented Matroids from its Rank 2 Signed Circuits

We consider the problem of reconstructing oriented rank 3 matroids from its family of rank 2 signed circuits. We prove that the oriented matroid of affine dependencies of the set of points of a m × n rectangular lattice can be reconstructed from its rank 2 circuits.
