Development Production and Service Tools for Microprocessor Systems

Microprocessor systems have their own unique problems. Support facilities to aid with these problems include Program Development Systems for software generation. Logic Analyzers for hardware design, system analysis, production and service, and, Signature Analyzers for component level servicing. In production and service rapid tests over a wide technical base are required. A ROM driven Logic Analyzer meets these criteria; the ROM being programmed with the designers intimate knowledge of the system under test to be utilized by all production and service personnel. The ROM may be programmed using 'LEARN' software.
