Parameter estimation for dual-polarization plucked string models

This paper describes an automated parameter extraction method for synthesis of plucked strings using digital waveguides.The method focuses on the determination of the parameters for the two orthogonal polarizations.We determine the parameters for the two polarization modes using a sub-band Hankel Singular Value Decomposition (sHSVD) algorithm.
