When was the last time you 'Googled', surfed the Net, bought an item from an online store, entered a blog or a chat area, installed a 160 gigabyte hard drive in your machine, increased the bandwidth from your ISP, thought about a VIP telephone connection and/or wrote some HTML code? Chances are that many adults have become intimidated with the rapidly increasing terms and words used to describe technological aids.
