User Behavior Analysis in the Network Information Service

Although the object of network information service is human beings, network information service are originally developed according to the characteristics of machine. To improve the network information service quality or the degree of user satisfaction, user behavior was analyzed from the perspective of sociology, psychology and computer science separately. Various user behavior analysis methods, User's investigation and interview, eye-tracking experiment, Web log mining and network traffic analysis, gave the prospect of the user behavior analysis in Network information service improvement.
