DEVELOPMENT OF REAL-TIME SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM USING RFID MIDDLE WARE BASED ON 3-TIER STRUCTURE

This paper presents the development of real-time SIS (Service Information System) using RFID middleware based on 3-tier structure. The proposed algorithm recognizes all information in middleware about the product attached RFID tag through the PDA or computer and executes the filtering for data and the integrating of hardware. These processes are to reconstruct to the significant data and information and to transfer them to Web. After mapping the transferred RFID tag information into the product serial numbers that are stored in SIS, the information of services such as the product or the parts, the manual and users claim can be inquired or processed for users. Furthermore, F-cost can be decreased by analyzing and improving the information for contributing business sales.
