Abstract- Knowledge Discovery in Serial Measures (KDSM) methodology is a relevant and open hybrid methodology developed to obtain Knowledge especially when very short serial measures with a blocking factor are presented. KDSM is a hybrid methodology (statistic and machine learning) that gives a possible solution to a knowledge problem, especially when seemingly there are no relevant attributes. On this paper, we show the applications of KDSM to two Government programs domain. Novel knowledge about this domain’s behavior was obtained once KDSM was applied.
