A computer code, NOISE, is presented which serves as an aid in determining reactor parameters from data obtained in zero-power reactor noise experiments.The code uses a nonlinear least-squares fitting package to provide the best estimate of these reactor parameters.Special options are available which allow for specification of the theoretical model, modifications of the experimental data in order to put them in units describable by the theory, and plotting features which illustrate the experimental measurements along with the best least-squares fit to the measurements.to " • ,.
