Study on SOA-based Emergency Information Service System

Following analyzing requirements for the business and the function of emergency information services, a Service-Oriented architecture of Emergency Information Service System (EISS) is proposed in the paper. Thereupon all kinds of information resources are packaged into services and recomposed layer by layer for the sake of application-oriented information. In order to achieve a practicable EISS, the structure of service organizations, service processes and implement technologies are explored subsequently.
