Working with Flash Memory
Charles Manning · 1999
Getting acceptable results from a flash memory solution requires that the flash memory devices, and the algorithms being used with them, are suited to each other and to the application being performed. This paper relates some experiences gained with flash memory to help illustrate differences between various flash memory architectures and various approaches to overcoming some of the limitations of flash memory.
