Construction of Super-Network Model Based on Emergency Event Management

From the point of knowledge and complex network, the super-networks model was constructed, which could dispose the emergency events. Knowledge network had played a core role in the disposing of emergency events in the model. Furthermore, it could help the policymakers to find the knowledge and methods to disposal emergencies more quickly. It will be able to improve speed and accuracy of the dispatch instructions, and enhance the replying ability of emergencies.
