Robust Blind Video Watermarking against Spatial and Temporal Scalability in MPEG-4 SVC

A robust blind video watermarking of spatial and temporal SVC based on hierarchical MPEG-4 SVC in different kind of multimedia services is proposed in this paper. In this proposed method, embedding and detection of the watermark are performed based on a base layer with considering spatial SVC. To be robust from temporal SVC, our method embeds repeatedly a permutated character with ordering number per one frame. Also we confirmed robustness of the watermark about spatial and temporal SVC in MPEG-4 SVC through experimental results.
