Simulation of Adjacent Channel Interference Between GSM and EDGE Mobile Communication Systems

This work investigates, through simulation, the coexistence of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and its evolution EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution) systems. Such investigation computes the systems performance in the presence of adjacent channel interference (ACI). This work is a continuation of previous investigation carried out in GSM for GMSK modulation using differential and coherent detection [1],[2],[3].
