A case based indexing for location based search

Many Web pages contain geographical information. Some researches had been reported which try to collect geographical data from web documents and build spatial index. However, it is not easy to search and extract geographic data in web pages. This paper introduces Case Based Indexing system that builds Case Base by page layout cues and pattern-based address clustering from web pages. Our method performs massive extraction of geographic features from crawled web pages.
