This paper describes a visual feedback for searching of building’s location. The goal is to help a new visitor to find the buildings location in a more comfortable way. In general, the map always show the location of anyplace in two-dimension which causes a trouble for the new visitors to locate a building they want to go. The virtual reality technology are used to solve this inconvenient because it shown in three-dimension. After the user feeds the names of building, the system will present the virtual scenes of the environments which are similar as user walks there by himself. In this paper, we describe the problems which occur in the two-dimension mapping environment which is not interactive to user, the backgroud of the VRML which using for developing the virtual reality model to present the building locations which solve the problems above, the system function in our implemented model, the result of using visual feedback in the mapping and conclusion. This prototype uses the building locations at Siam University as case study and the visitors who visit at Siam University as the subjects for evaluated. The feedback of using this model is evaluated by user’s satisfaction.
