Web tasking is the notion of enabling web users to task like the way they browse, giving web users great freedom to access resources from across the web in expressing their task intents. Designed for machine processing, web automation for web users is an inherent and important part of web tasking. We propose Web Interaction Server as a middleware enablement and run time platform for web tasking.
