Oscillating-decaying solutions for elliptic systems

We present a general framework for constructing oscillating-decaying solutions for general inhomogeneous elliptic systems using semiclassical microlocal analysis. We give an application to the determination of inclusions and cavities embedded in an anisotropic elastic medium.
